Regras de Convivência do Condomínio Mandakaru Residence

To ensure harmony, safety, and the well-being of everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below during your stay at Mandakaru Residence:

Windows: Do not throw cigarettes, ashes, or any other objects through the windows. Please remember that smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

Clothing: Do not hang clothes from the windows.

Trash: Dispose of household waste properly in the recycling bins available throughout the condominium. If you have any questions, please ask the building caretaker.

Swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub: The swimming pools may be used until 8:00 PM.

Noise: Avoid speaking loudly in the hallways and inside the units in order to maintain silence and tranquility.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rented apartment and are not permitted in the common areas.

Parking: Park your vehicle only within the parking space marked with the number of the rented apartment. It is prohibited to occupy two parking spaces.

Pool deck: Do not use glass cups or bottles and avoid using sound equipment in this area.

Important: Please inform your friends and/or family members about these rules to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

Failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned above may result in fines, in accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations.
