To ensure harmony, safety, and the well-being of everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below during your stay at Nixxus Residence:

Elevators: It is prohibited to use the elevator while wet.

Balconies and windows: Do not throw cigarettes, ashes, or any other objects from balconies or windows. Please remember that smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

Clothing: Do not hang clothes on balconies or windows.

Swimming pool: After leaving the pool, please dry yourself before walking through the hallways.

Trash: Dispose of household waste properly in the recycling bins located on the parking level (-1).

Swimming pool and sauna: The swimming pool may be used until 9:00 PM.

Noise: Avoid speaking loudly in the hallways and inside the units in order to maintain silence and tranquility.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rented apartment, and animals are not permitted in the common areas.

Parking: Your reservation does not include use of the condominium parking area, as your apartment does not have a parking space/garage.

Pool deck: Do not use glass cups or bottles, and avoid using sound equipment in this area.

Important: Please inform your friends and/or family members about these rules to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

Failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned above may result in fines, in accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations.
